Roche-Bobois

My position for a leading high-end luxury brand was strongly focused on delivering excellent customer service whilst building a trusting relationship with clients with an aim of generating sales and closing deals. My work involved introducing clients to the brand; taking briefs; offering appropriate solutions in terms of models, sizes, finishes, fabrics & colours; site visits & drawings; and following all orders through completion. In my daily routine, I would often liaise with suppliers based in Europe and people in the trade.

House Malaysia

A client from Roche Bobois invited me to Malaysia in order to furnish his house in Kuala Lumpur. I was in charge of the furniture order including specs, co-ordinating various suppliers, shipping and installation.
